Technology
How it is made
Elas-Wood keeps the WPC core of a standard co-extruded board and replaces the plastic shield with a soft TPV rubber compound — the same family of materials used for tyre treads. Two surface versions are offered: a deep 3D emboss for a pronounced wood look, and a fine brushed finish for a smooth, modern feel. Because the colour lives in the shield rather than the core, the board keeps its depth of colour for years without staining or oiling.
