This website is operated by Wuxi Xingyoule International Trade Co., Ltd. (无锡星优乐国际贸易有限公司), the company behind the STARLEO 星狮 brand of WPC outdoor building materials, based in Wuxi, Jiangsu, China. STARLEO 星狮 is a brand name, not a separate legal entity. By using the site you agree to these terms.

2. Who may use this site

This site is directed at business and professional users. You must be at least 16 and able to form a binding contract under your applicable law.

3. Permitted and prohibited use

You may browse the site, download material we clearly offer for download, and use the inquiry form for its intended purpose. You may not:

• Copy, scrape, mirror or systematically extract content, images or specifications for a competing catalogue or database.
• Use the site to send unsolicited commercial messages, malware, or to attempt unauthorised access.
• Misrepresent yourself, your company, or your authority to buy on behalf of another party.

4. No offer — quotations and orders

This website is a presentation of our products and capability. Nothing on it constitutes a binding quotation.

• Prices are not published here. Prices, MOQ, lead times, incoterms and payment terms are given only in a written quotation, valid for the period stated on it.
• An order becomes binding only when confirmed in writing; specifications, quantities and dates are fixed by that confirmation.
• Where a project requires technical approval, we confirm profile, colour and fixing system against drawings before production.

5. Product information, samples and colour

• Dimensions, weights, profiles and performance figures are stated to our best knowledge at publication; tolerances apply and products may be improved without notice. The current spec sheet governs each order.
• WPC contains wood fibre and recycled polymer, so grain, shade and surface texture vary between boards and batches. This variation is a characteristic, not a defect.
• Screen reproduction of colour is approximate. Approve a physical sample before specifying a colour.

6. Intellectual property

Our names, logos, photography, drawings, text and site layout are owned by or licensed to us. You may reference our products in specifications and quotations for projects using them, but may not imply endorsement or use confusingly similar names.

7. Third-party links

Links to third-party sites are offered for convenience only. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or practices.

8. Warranty and disclaimers

• Products are warranted under the written warranty supplied with the order; it replaces any description on this site.
• Installation must follow the current installation guide and spec sheet. Failure from incorrect substructure, missing expansion gaps, inadequate ventilation or non-approved fasteners is not a product defect.
• The site and its content are provided «as is». To the extent permitted by law we exclude implied warranties as to site content.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, business or anticipated savings. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Products are supplied subject to export-control, customs and sanctions laws. You confirm you are not an embargoed territory or restricted party and will not re-export in breach of those laws.

11. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Disputes are first negotiated in good faith; failing settlement within thirty days, submitted to CIETAC arbitration in Shanghai, conducted in English, award final and binding.

We may amend these terms; the version on this page with its effective date applies. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
