How it is made
Custom work starts at the die. Send a section drawing or a physical sample; we review the geometry for extrusion feasibility, quote tooling and lead time, then run first articles for approval before series production. Colour work splits into two routes: standard shield pigments mixed to your target, or full custom formulations for brand-specific tones. Packaging is engineered together with the profile so that boards, clips and trims ship as one coordinated kit per container.
